SCOPE International AG is an innovative Contract Research Organization (CRO) with extensive experience in clinical research. With offices across Europe, we support the pharmaceutical industry as a trusted development partner across a wide range of medical indications. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a motivated Project Management Associate (M/F/D) to join our team in Mannheim, Germany.
Your Responsibilities
You will support our Project Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of international clinical trials ranging from Phase I–IV as well as PASS studies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing study-related documentation and materials
- Coordinating submissions and approval processes for clinical studies
- Collaborating with internal departments and sponsors to ensure smooth study execution
- Monitoring project timelines and quality standards
- Working with electronic systems such as eCRF and eTMF
Your Profile
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field (BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
- Ideally, first experience in clinical trials or clinical research
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of standard PC software and MS Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and proactive working style
- Highly motivated team player with a hands-on attitude
